Obv: "Shri Ami" in Nagari below Muzaffar with clear date AH 969, Rev: Usual Persian couplet. Refer article by Dr. Kishorechandra B. Pathak, in Gujarat Sashodhan Trimasik - January 2012, reproduced later in "Gullak" magazine by Reesha Books. Historical facts mention that Amin Khan, son of Tatar Khan succeeded his father in AH 969 and may have issued these coins to mark his coronation. Both these rulers were independent of the Sultans of Gujarat till the state was annexed in to the Mughal Empire by Akbar.
