paddle personal mark, date in the center of jalus as just "61 ", but the "6" is
perhaps an error for "9 " and the real date is VS1901, which
overlaps AH1261 (in 1845, his first year of reign. It seems that all standard
rupees of Narinder Singh have the mint name
Patiala, off-flan on most examples, but clear on this piece. |
