Photo from Shailen Bhandare who wrote: Islamabad (Chakan) - rupee of Aurangzeb, RY7. Chakan was renamed Islamabad after it surrendered to the Mughals during a campaign launched by Amir-ul-Umara Shaista Khan against Shivaji, on 15 August 1660 after a four-month long siege. The emperor appointed Uzbeq Khan as the commander of Chakan. Shai'sta Khan continued further south to occupy Pune and chose to live on Shivaji's mansion. In April 1663, Shivaji launched a daring night-time raid on Shaista Khan's camp in which the Khan made an escape through a window, having lost his fingers to the blow of Shivaji's sword! But Mughal occupation of the region continued with appearance of Jaisingh of Amber as the Mughal commander in Shaista Khan's lieu.
This coin has the 'Mihr Muneer' couplet. Mint appears on top and RY is to the right of Julus in the bottom line.
