Different marks may appear on obverse. Also has the words 12 masha on reverse. Exact meaning is not clear but see discussion on Zeno. Two different reverses. See Photos

A comparison of coin #79253 shown there and those I uploaded above, including your Mohur, makes the reading of the word 'Masah' pretty clear and it is evident that this word qualifies the '12'. I am therefore inclined to think that the discussion about the Emperor's conversion to Shi'ism is not really relevant to the subject because all this leaves out the word 'Masa' completely out of context. With the same logic, I would not include the SAB coins in the same league as the Shahjahan issues with only '12' which Jan has mentioned above.

The Jahandar Shah coins I have uploaded since show that the reverse arrangement is also not confined to SAB issues alone, so they are not 'special' strikes. The arrangement and the occurrence of the words '12 Masa' in the legend must therefore be regarded as a peculiarity in time and space - no doubt prompted by some anxiety over the weight and/or purity of coinage at Lahore in the concluding years of SAB's reign.
