NB. Light weight. The position of the ruler’s name in a circle on the reverse related it in style to the previous coin. While the silver Tankas of Fīrūz are quite common, his gold coins are very rare. The marginal legend is only partly visible and may include the mint epithet dār al-mulk found on the Dīnār of year 800.
