al-mu‘aẕẕam ghiyāth al-dunyā wa [al-dīn] abū
al-fatḥ ‘iwaḍ bin al-ḥusain [nāṣir
amīr al-mū’] minīn wa al-sulṭān [al-salāṭīn
mu’izz] al-dunyā wa al-dīn …‘alī sher bin ‘Iwaḍ [nāṣir]
amīr al-mū’minīn (= The great sulṭān, helper of the world and [the faith],
father of the conqueror, ‘Iwaḍ son of al-Ḥusain, [defender of the
leader of the] faithful, Sulṭān [of Sulṭāns honour] of
the world and the faith, …‘Alī Sher, son of ‘Iwaḍ, [defender] of
