There is some script between the legs of the lion which have been tentatively read by J Deyell as:

A lion facing left with a the legends above and below:

All within a multifoil.

The legend in a border decorated with dots and triangles: jalāl al-dunyā wa al-dīn abūl muẕaffar muḥammad shāh al-sulṭān (= glory of the world and the faith, father of the conqueror, Muḥammad Shāh the sultan).
