The legend in a square: al-mu’ayyad bi-ta ‘yid al-raḥmān
ghiyāth al-dunyā wa al-dīn
abū al-muẕaffar a’ẕam shāh al-sulṭān khallada
allāh mulkahu (=Victorious in the support of the merciful, helper of the
world and the faith, A’ẕam Shāh the sulṭān, perpetuator of the kingdom of Allah). In the margins are the four Caliphs
