Outside is the first part of a couplet: ilāhī taa jahan baashad rawaan baad (From the Divine to the World (Wordly), has become current)		sanah 14 julūs sanah 1028 inscribed in 'Mihrab'-shaped cartouches. Outside is the second part of the couplet: ba-sharq wa gharb muhr-i-aḥmadābād (in the East and the West, the stamp of Ahmedabad)
